Pop-Up displays corrected (now should load while hovering over link).

Notes:
1) New names in the lists may not have a sig until the next day(or until I get around to noticing and adding their BoincStats uid to the user file).
2) Some names may never have a sig- ie: melody from Second Computing (BoincStats doesn't do that project).

Tomorrow:
1) Will have team deltas (rank, score, RAC, and active members) +/- displays.
2) RAC for an "active member" flag goes from >0 to >1.
