Tanpaku seems to have gone south for the season, with no indication if/when it will be back up. The lattest news from them was from August 18th, and says

In the human sense of time (as it is shaped by the experiences of a human lifetime), it's been months without a word. Which leaves one to wonder if the project had been abandoned, or what exactly is going on.
