I do believe that in the other thread where I stated that we are not all three and you responded that I should speak for myself...

You are added to the list...

I'd like a vacation that costs 1 tenth of one days vacation there!

Took me a minute to work out what you meant by 'not all three'. Laughing

Does this mean you're not going to buy me the holiday for Christmas, John?

Laughing Wink

I could handle the Persian rug, the spa treatment, the luxury...but this bit really got me.

WTF!!! Shocked I'd probably get myself arrested if I told them to take their guns and shove them right up their behinds.

Exactly! Makes me wonder how anybody can earn so much money that they spend that amount on a holiday.

So would I. It's ridiculous, isn't it. Imagine how many people $146,000 would feed.

Do you realize that that the UAE, being a very Muslim country, the people there probably won't even talk to you because you are female?

I was talking about having a vacation that costs $14,600. The trip we took to Disney World last year, 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids or 1 adult and 3 kids, depending on how you rank me in there) for a week, with airfare, food , hotel (on Disney property), tickets to the parks, transportation from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport, souveniers and other misc. stuff cost a good bit less than half of the $14,600 I would like to have for a vacation.
