Being a network engineer and having regular dealings with Global Crossings, I got to a higher level tech (I believe he was level 3). He examined the stuff Toby put together, along with an explanation of how long this has been happening, etc.
He then saw where the error was and saw it was the peer just after theirs. They never did exactly explain, but I am suspecting with the resolve that a switch port went bad on either GX or the next hop over. Moving that finally fixed it. |
