Couldn't remember my previous so was probably kicked out. Now I have my trusty Mac (Much better then those pesky PC's) so I have rejoined.
Hello and a little about me in a nutshell. (Hazzzzlenut probably)
Married, three kids (One of each), Fifty (almost, so in fact 49 and 9 tenths), part time cripple (But only when I am not sitting or lying down). Otherwise I only have the constant acutely chronic pain to deal with. I used to teach Physics until I was on the sick for toooo long due to being a cripple, followed by an industrial accident that we are still fighting over. I enjoy war games, succulent plants, tropical fish, Sci Fi and am totally addicted to the written word.
My best friend is my Wife,
and my best friend is my wife, but I think I already mentioned that.
I also love the works of the greatest entertained that has ever lived on this or any other planet. David Bowie!
SAD, MOI?
Of course, but then again I have much to be sad about.
Sincerely,
Phil the Saddo! _________________ How about if we all jumped into a Lake holding hands |

Hmmm.... David Bowie?.....
Isn't he the guy who invented those Rambo knives???
Oh well, I am going to sit back and listen to some Zepplin and read Tolken while having a beer. I will check back later.

Is the LHC up and running yet as every time I try I get the 'Closed for Main Tain Nance' Whatever that is.
Been missing for some time so my stats are crap. I have only been on SETI on a very underused laptop to date.
What else should I be getting involved wih???

Well there are many different BOINC projects in which you can participate. Just take a look at the list in my signature. LHC is one of those projects that might have work for a short period, but it disappears quickly.

I must admit, from your posts so far, you sound like a complete and utter NUTTER.
That means you should fit in perfectly amongst the other kNi!ghts, so may I extend a very hearty WELCOME
If you want some guidance on projects to shrub, take a look at the daily update (in the DC News bit) - that should give you a few pointers as to which need a bit of help.
