I realise that my response to your posting is a bit depressing but I have a reason.
Back in 1980 I toured Southern Europe with an American guy of my own age.
We were both 19, both white, fair haired etc.
Because of his accent he was charged more for everything compared to me and I'm English!
They heard his accent and treated him as a cash cow.
The thing is, he wasn't even American, He was Canadian (probably still is)
but they thought he was American and charged him accordingly.

btw, I used to drive rally cars out of the club-house at Tollerton airport back in the late '60s and early 70's.
Nostalgia, drinking in the Leicester end of the "Schooner" at Widmerpool, then, when they called 'time', moving to the Notts end and continue drinking.

Another ex-... I did a few Muttering Screws events in the mid-60's (navigating) after servicing Will Sparrow/Nigel Raeburn for a couple of years. Good memories.

Hi guys,
I did mean drunk not angry.
Pissed = drunk here.
ps I still feel a bit silly for going over the top though.
pps I saw a formula for stats posted by Al Dente which I cut and pasted for my own use and I seem to have acquired some stats that aren't mine.
If someone could tell me how to personalise it I'd be grateful.
I'd be even more grateful if it could be expressed in Noddy so that I can understand it!
pps as I've used my real first name in an earlier posting please feel free to use it if you want to.

Just go to BOINCStats, find yourself, and click on the graph symbol (far right). That'll take you to your stats page.
At the end of the verbiage, before your project breakdown table, is the link to your very own stats (it's just the user number at the end that changes).
Then you just need to add that URL to your signature (in your profile).

I added this URL http://www.boincstats.com/signature/user_598323.gif to my profile siggy and it just displays the url, not the actual page.
What's the actual syntax of what you paste into your siggy  ?

If you, Old woman(mann, sorry), look at the top of the reply box you will see a load of little boxes eg B i u Qoute etc these will make life easier.
