I wish - (a reference I hope you don't get) I will open a can of laywer ass on those fools.
But to quote
"Meanwhile we would like to say a teary farewell to PeteBee, babychunder and Justin_Wells, who jumped ship to TheKnightsWhoSayNi!. However, the good news is that they're still contributing to the folding cause." |

I'm going to have to wait for the local supermarket to put them out on the shelves, as usual!
I guess we three Knights of the teary farewell are still contributing to the folding cause though in our own small way ... yesterday we knocked out 107557 points between us

Even the soon-to-be double-barreled Baron Barron had a good day, can't forget you! 118409 between all four, we'd place 34th out of ALL the teams with that as an average ppd! KWSN weigh in at 31 _________________ 50 cores - 147 GHz - surely now over 1.0 mpm??? |

Then there's me.. i keep assigned WU from servers that won't post stats or take my WU's right away. Missing 510 pts so far. _________________ When in doubt, kick it until it works. |

I had a similar problem with points playing up - and here's an answer ...

I've seen unexpected spikes in the past because of this... |
Hopefully in the fullness of time your points will wend their merry way into your account! _________________ 50 cores - 147 GHz - surely now over 1.0 mpm??? |

I can remember duelling with him on the way to my first million - I passed him, he caught and passed me and then I overtook him again kind of thing. He just stopped when I went past - and then started a couple of months later. Looks like it's cyclic - Sept/Oct looks similar too - he'll no doubt be back when spring has sprung! _________________ 50 cores - 147 GHz - surely now over 1.0 mpm??? |

I'm aiming to keep going until the end of the week or the end of my patience, not sure which one will arrive first! Manually fetching 25 juicy wu a day and setting them going at all hours to keep those quads fully stoked ain't my idea of fun. A solid 40-50k ppd is a laugh though, I need to automate! You'll probably catch me again next week, I'll leave the farm at the mercy of Stanford's wu allocation. _________________ 50 cores - 147 GHz - surely now over 1.0 mpm??? |

my 2p of advice - as much as I like folding (I haven't a clue how old you are) don't do it. Stick with your gf and stanford's WUs otherwise you will end up like me ( )
rich, bored and very alone

cau·sal·i·ty (kô-zl-t)
n. pl. cau·sal·i·ties
1. The principle of or relationship between cause and effect.
This week there's no causality, only opportunity! Next week folding is forgotten, don't catch me too quick!

On the theme of age (not sure if it was this thread or another)
I was elbowing my way up the train last night on the way home from London and was looking for a drunk young fella talking on his phone to let me by.
He said something on the phone about a "fat old man" to which I took offence. Now I'm nearly 50, but the knee in the bannocks that I gave him should have served to remind him that there's many a good tune played on an old fiddle (especially if the fiddle is the size of a double bass). _________________ - Folding for Fun -

sounds fine, it's a 250 mile round trip so I think I'll see if I can make it an away day in town for the gf too or maybe look to drag things a little up the M1 if I can't - I'll pm ya when I'm wiser! _________________ 50 cores - 147 GHz - surely now over 1.0 mpm??? |
