Did you performe the Boinc ceremony with the proper length white and blue candles and lamb sacrifice?

Of course, I shouldn't even ask. Too obvious, sorry.

I'm sorry , but I've spent 10-12 hours trying to figure this out... I've installed and re-installed numerous times in a variety of ways,, yes, both programs and both versions. Checked and rechecked ownerships and Administrator user-ship properties. etc. etc. etc. It will not count my activity on the huge amount of uploading I do and doesn't count even my downloads. The figure it reports is NOT TRUE. or even close. My P2P doesn't even show as an application on the website and only shows clicks & keystrokes on the local client. Firefox shows as an UNUSED application on the web and counts only keystrokes and clicks on the local client. I have ran this silly program 17 ways to Sunday and it won't work for me and there is no info online. I tried. I'm done. Sorry. Can't help ya on this one, but it wasn't for not trying.

I lost a machine off Whatpulse. It went to upgrade to the new version and got a .dll error. I uninstalled it-went to redownload it and the site was down.

Hopefully I'll get to this later this week

On one shrubber I have WhatPulse apparently running according to Task Manager, but there's no visible sign of it on screen either in the tray or taskbar. Confused

I am still having real poor luck. I have tried everything I think, even ver. 2.0.1 and several versions of the winPcap (installed seperately and with each of 3 versions of the Whatpulse).
I have tried running all of the above before log on, after log on, before VPN connect & after and with and without PeerBlock... NADA Sad I pass about 140 GB upline & down every month.
I've tried clean installs and registry cleaning and rebooted my computer a dozen times or more today.... still no success.
The Whatpulse pays no attention to a 100MB file downloaded thru firefox and ignores my p2p whether up or download. I'm totally exhausted and completely frustrated.
I have no idea what I could possibly be doing wrong. It should not be this difficult.

I'm getting some help from Whatpulse via e-mail...
I've sent them logs & stats & files galore.
I think they may not be able to help with the P2P (which is a large portion, 100GB, of my up&down traffic), but should be able to at least get some credit for the 40-50 GB of downloads on my browser each month.
We shall see. I am waiting with all my phalanges crossed and herring at the ready.

Edit: We are making progress ... they sent me back a test program (NetworkTraffic Test_A) which I ran for 4 hours and took 7 screenshots while I down&up loaded stuff. It showed that the Pcap only looked at one controller that sends pings to my router and IfTable2 sees the other Controller that has all my other data. Rolling Eyes
(IfTable - D/L 410MB , U/L 1.04GB ... Pcap - d/l 45KB , u/l 3.2MB)
They are going to write another test program tonight for me to run to see exactly where the problem is and why my particular configuration won't work. Gadzooks !!!
Hopefully this will improve the program so it works better for more people. #ni-1

Sorry, Had to let it go today. Sad
I left a message on the forum and another on the e-mails.
They will get back to me if they can figure out how to make it run on my computer. I see a few others are having similar problems but are getting "Half fixes" and other "fixes" that haven't worked for me. Embarassed
So, I uninstalled everything today but kept the two network traffic test programs they sent me and the other installers.
Seems like a nifty idea but it wasn't collecting network traffic data for me and today it started to miss keystrokes on various programs. So. Rolling Eyes maybe in the future.
