I turn off AutoPulse - I'd rather update stuff myself - Every thousand clicks is WAY too much Updates -
I update like once a day or LESS - Thanks for giving it a try - We need a Team Founder - Oh WABBIT...

You said the founder was JerWa. I don't know where you found the info, I don't see it anywhere on the WhatPulse site. Or any way to set or change it.

gonna try ,,, just set up on my P2P again so maybe I can be some help.
we shall see.
edit: welllll ... I don't think the silly thing works. I'm uploading files at the rate of 250 kbps on my P2P (.flac files) but whatpulse says I'm doing .9 kbps  I've just sent a 28 megabyte file and it's showing 14 Kb uploaded.
I have tried re-installing . restarting after my VPN was connected and even upgraded to "super supreme client".... nada
guess I'll try to just let it ride and play with it later... perhaps it won't work with a P2P client??? or using a VPN ??? whatevapulse. |

version 2.2b4 ... I rebooted the computer again and slammed on the VPN before the whatadangpulse started. . .
I do use a peerblock program but that should not effect it in any way unless it is a government .gov or a school .edu web address.
It only blocks http sites that are known to spy, like Sony, IRRA etc. so I don't think the VPN or the PeerBlock should be an issue.
I'm downloading about 180 meg (took about 4 minutes) from a website and uploading on my p2p @120 - 400 kbps but it's not tracking either. oh well.
I remain connected and uploading 24 hrs. Speed depends on the client connection to others and how many at once grab files from me.
I will check it in the morning.... wish me luck. |

IIRC, WhatPulse installs a second program that needs admin rights to log uploads/downloads. Did it do that? Did it have admin rights? Do you have admin rights? Do two admin rights make an admin wrong? Did you leave the goat pen unlatched again?

Damnable goats running everywhere. /stop/ Send help. /stop/ Re-installed WinPcap & read their online Manual, no help. /Stop/ Goats butting me from behind, send tranquilizer gun. /stop/ Can't see anyway to give WinPcap Admin. permissions,,, seems to run in background automatically. really confused. /stop/ Goats are chewing my boots. /stop/ Whatpulse doesn't count any downloads from websites or uploads to P2P and doesn't even see my P2P client? /stop/ have spent 4 hours 22 minutes trying to figure it out and reading possible fixes, "just download this" they said, "just run that" they said. /stop/ Goats are really out control now. /stop/ Send whiskey for me and the head goat... they have taken over. /stop/

all this while downloading and uploading hundreds of MB
edit: I fed the goats some home brew and a lawn tractor seat... they are sleeping it off. I have re-booted and mucked about and traded ownership of various files... but still can get Whataplus to see only about 1/10 of a percent of my network traffic. it is reluctantly reporting what little it sees. I was pulling 4-5 MB per sec off the web and sending out 205 kbps at the same time,,, 0.6 to 12 kbps was seen by the program. Damn goats are gonna have a hangover.
