I leave mine on during holiday. Someone comes by the house every few days to makes sure nothing burnt down. I remote control daily to see that the network is alive, and kick any boxes that seem to have an issue.
No biggie to leave them on. _________________ Watch the movie about me The 4-1-4s: The Original Teenage Hackers (It is only about 12 minutes long.)

My neighbors (the other two E6400s of the 3 in my "farm") went on holiday for 10 days. They foolishly shut their PCs down this morning before going to the airport. It only took me a few minutes after getting home to notice and go turn them back on. Ahh blessed 10 days of uninterrupted dual core BOINCing!
My landlord also went on a fishing trip for 2-3 days, so the part-time P4 1.3 is now full-time again. Somehow I don't think this is what he had in mind when he said utilities were included. Oh well, we'll see if he notices when I add the Q6600 quad later this year lol.
Muahahahaha! _________________

Nah, that's really not that big of a change. The other E6400s are almost always on, and crunching when idle, so probably 16 hours a day at least. The P4 was cut way back to 4 hrs every other day, but it's only good for 160/day or so. _________________
