3 days before Wow started I put all other projects on hold (OK, except Collatz running on my GPGPU on Mac OSX - the one which can't be utilized for SAH #Mad

).

But have quite lot of WU's in ValPen (218) and few in ValInc ( 8 ) Sad

Last year was only TWO it looks like - We better plan well for 2014!

I was happy to join up for the event. I didn't know about it, so, when I was asked, I jumped in. Good thing people asked, eh? Next time there is an event like this, just let me know.

I won't do this as a challenge again....this has been spammed in such an overkill method it's put a very bad taste in my mouth. Here I can understand--but on the Seti forums it's in like 3 different places.

If people don't read every single section in every single forum it's their fault.

I don't know what to say.
I did a Private Message to SEARCHER earlier today, suggesting ways he could improve the challenge and especially the postings of news and updates.
The suggestions I made in PM were received in the spirit they were offered, with the promise to make improvements next year.
I'm sure you must be tired of my "spamming" as well.
I hope you can make suggestions to the organizers also.
Perhaps they can benefit from your experience.
I'm appreciative of those that helped out and made things really happen for the KWSN. Everybody really pulled together.
It was perfect to have the double PotM and this challenge at the same time.
I hope everyone will not boycott it because of the taste in their mouth.

It was (and still is) a fun. Putting 75 kaNI!ghts together for such event is great achievement IMO (thanks JJ and PhPh for your dedication for this quest #ni-1

).

I agree that Sir Cher overexposed the event on boards, but I do not consider it as a spam. It is SETI baby, it deserves big publicity #Big smile

I will definitely join next year event and I hope there will be even more kaNI!ghts than this year shrubbing it Wink

We did fairly well last year, but will need an extra effort this year because SETI.USA will probably pull out the big guns instead of sitting on the sidelines like they did in 2013.
