EDIT: I have attached the first of the farm to SHA-1 for the rest of the month...looks like about 20 minutes for a WU on a 2.7 Q6600....

One of my Q6700's does them in 25-27 and, but the other takes 45 or so, which makes no sense at all. The 2.0 T5750 does them in 37 or so. _________________

Now down to one Intel Core 2 Quad Q6700 that's in a tiny case and overheats if I actually try to use all four cores at the same time. On the other hand, it makes for a very nice home theater PC

It might be that one is running 64bit and the other is not...I have attached my 64bit hosts already and will check them against a 32bit when I get one running. I have to finish up some ABC that I am running with 64bit linux. If there is a significant difference, I will probably run the project in linux for the speed gain...

I can still use this one on another board/project... I think we need to show ourselves in any recruitment board of the other projects in the same way, weather it's POTM or not, we should make everyone hear our looney roar
It will probably bring some more new faces around here... _________________ Anyone for Crunch?

I just did my monthly visit to Boinc Synergy ( to keep my sig graph running )
and I saw that I can vote for their project of the month
It would be interesting to try to influence the decision in OUR favor

I've noticed that too, no idea what the cause is. Rather frustrating!

One of the Q6700's is 64 and the other 32, but so is the T5750. That's the one that surprises me the most I guess. _________________
