I see what you mean, yes DPC is certainly a bit behind on the overall ranks compared with KWSN! 
But if you look at the overall score its only a matter of time:

Overall Team Score: (Up 3.905643 points) 340,815.613256
Dutch Power Cows
Overall Team Score: (Up 52.161565 points) 274,488.568596 |
And there is a slight preference for Biological And Medical Science projects at DPC. Some projects are not popular at all especially if it's not a big DC project or if it has a doubtfully usefulness or if it's not for a good cause.
If you look at the projects R@H, UD-Grid, TSC, D2OL and F@H, you can see that those are the projects that DPC scores a lot higher. And you've to catch up with us at those.
But inevitability we meet again on some project, some time!
