It used to be that only my WinXp shrubber got "client errors" on Rosetta shrubs.
When the Rosetta folk upgraded to 5.xx, the Windows shrubber ceased to get errors, but now the Linux shrubber gets errors on about one shrub in three
Any suggestions on this |

You may want to place this in the Help Scrolls section since the x-perts always go there to help us idjits. _________________ Don't fuss about growing older, many are denied the chance. |

Try helping out Rosetta by crunching some Ralph@Home work units. This is the alpha version of the project, used to "vitamin fortify" the Rosetta software. Ralph is trying some weird things, I got some work units with something like this in the file names:
"NO_DOGS_IN_IGNORE_SMARKLES".
David Baker, one of Rosetta's leaders, has a journal describing inner workings of the project in this thread. They're about to engage in some sort of a competition to crunch CASP 7 proteins, so KWSN should consider stepping up to help out that effort.
