I have no idea what that is. But i dropped in 2 more fans and i'm running on avg 5 to 6 degrees cooler. (57 to 51/52) Now.. to sleep through this john deere like noise maker. (hehe this would make the Silent PC guys cry)

Isn't that the kind that uses electricity to heat one side and cool the opposite (using two different types of metal with an electric charge applied)? If so, I think the reason it is avoided is the higher possibility of failure... and some other reason too that I cannot seem to remember Razz

Yes, that's peltier cooling (you can also heat one side, and cool the other to generate some electricity, but I assume pretty much only NASA does that). It wouldn't actually make your PC any quieter because you'd still have to dissipate all the heat the cpu puts out, plus whatever the peltier puts out. So either you're looking at big, loud fans, or water cooling. It's typically only used by people looking for a big overclock.
