I put a little extra time into this list: expanding it a bit, and showing the number of work units available. Note some projects are on hold due to low WU levels. Also check a few special considerations.

Any projects to add, delete, or PIMP ?

First draft:

Amicable Numbers WU # 1015
Cosmology WU # 132,598
Denis WU # 148,432
Einstein WU # 32,167
Enigma WU # 9,215
LHC@Home / Sixtrack WU # 264,626
NFS / Number Field Sieve WU # 489,353
PrimeGrid WU # 35,223
Rosetta WU # 18,862
TN-Grid / Gene@home WU # 3,994
World Community Grid
Yoyo WU # 9,307

On hold due to low work units:
Citizen Science Grid WU # 142
Climate Version 2 WU # 10
Leiden Classical WU # 160
SkyNet / POGS WU # 167

Special considerations:
PrimeGrid
KWSN is in striking range of 10 Billion points with 9,886,289,935 total and 121,988,092 shrubbed in the last month.

DENIS just launched a large project possibly involving over a million WUs.

We are going to start a big simulation today. This is the last block of the subpropject entitled "New Carro et al. Human Ventricular Cell Model" (http://denis.usj.es/new-carro-et-al-human-ventricular-cell-model/). In this last simulation we use an optimization algorithm to improve the model. We estimate that the algorithm will need around 6 or 7 iterations and in each iteration we will send around 160000 new tasks.

Citizen Science Grid CSG has a low number of WU available only because their work generator is set to output just enough files to keep well ahead of demand.
You will see it fluctuate in the low hundreds. If someone took all the WU there would instantly be more WU generated to replace them.
That said, only the Wildlife@Home subproject is active and the nature of the work is that each set of WU is getting longer and more complex.
Right now they are running about 16 hours or so and do pay decent credits. Expect these times to grow considerably over the next few months; (but at least they will now pay credits correctly.)
Most of the last several months have been spent refining the WU so they will use less memory, pay better consistant credits and still give needed scientific results. (teaching a computer program to "see" wildlife in pictures).

OK we can add CSG to the list. Is Wildlife the project where you watch videos for animal activity? If that's the only active project....well I dunno...

Yes. Wildlife@home is a sub project in CSG.
The data collected from video and wildlife stills being catagorized by volunteers are partly being used to generate WU for BIONC.
The BOINC WU are designed to create algorithms that computers can use to recognize and quantify wildlife in pictures and video.
It's like facial recognition software but for faces that have fur and feathers.
The development of the Wildlife@Home end product and it's refinements will free more manpower doing the field work and biology research.
Both lead scientists on the project have now received tenure and can devote more attention to Wildlife@home through CSG.

The SubsetSum@home part of CSG has been halted because there is no scientist interested in the data that is willing to run the project.
The DNA@home part of the CSG is waiting for a scietist who needs answers to their own data that can be plugged into the DNA project.

I DO NOT think CSG is a good choice for a PotM. No telling how long the WU generation will last. There is an endpoint, then a restart (sometimes a false restart) ... the last 3-4 years have been consistently inconsistant.
