Galactic Emperor Glomer VonStockowitz suspended elections and installed World Community Grid as PotM for the month of December. He also commands you to participate in the 10th Anniversary Challenge from November 16 through 25. Might I recommend you do so? Shocked

http://www.seti-germany.de/wcg/1_en_Welcome.html

Starting stats:
79th Place. (Shhhh don't tell Glomer!)
151,671,895. Total points
116,350. average daily production past week
110,191. RAC 63rd place

And now something completely different:

Unfortunately, bunkering for up-coming Challenge is very limited - WCG allows only 25 WU's per CPU thread/core, so it is not possible to bunker full 10-days cache (as I planned with FAAH) #Mad

My rig and PC will shrub such 25 tasks per thread in 3-4 days, so this is my limit Rolling Eyes

Yankton: could you send an e-mail to KiNI!ghts via WCG site informing them about Challenge? TIA #ni-2

My goals on this project:

Uncovering Genome Mysteries - Silver badge
Mapping Cancer Markers - Sapphire badge
1 million boinc points

I will probably attain only the first two this month...

Galactic Emperor VonStockowitz intervened in international tensions and now the countdown time clock for the start of the 10th WCG Birthday Challenge has been corrected. Make careful note of it. The Black Glass Sands area of Germany, formerly known as The Black Forest, is still quite warm to the touch, but all Boinc systems are a go and the economy is recovering nicely.
http://www.seti-germany.de/wcg/1_en_Welcome.html

Milestones:
Rick A. Sponholz 9,000,000
Starship Trooper 550,000
SpongeBob SquarePants 100,000
PhastPhred 80,000
Wellough 60,000

For the love of our homeland Planet Earth, PLEASE no one tell Glomer that our production on WCG has not yet increased! I have risked too much already by providing you this information - JUST GET SHRUBBING! If confronted, I'll say we're all bunkering for the challenge, but that won't work for long. PLEASE!

Me either. Emerald Badge prior to the Challenge, Sapphire a month later. Than back chasing 10-diamond Cancer Markers.

Meanwhile, [KWSN] PhastPhred and Sir Mifun found Silver MCM1 , 4 KiNI!ghts earned Bronze MCM1 , Sir Yankton and 2 more KiNI!ghts grew Silver Family Tree of UGM1 , Sir LanDroid and 2 more KiNI!ghts were rewarded with Bronze Family Tree of UGM1

Congrats all

Oh crap the countdown timer for the start of the WCG Challenge is STILL WRONG! I tried to warn the Germans about Glomer in the shout box! HEEEELLLPPP! http://www.seti-germany.de/wcg/1_en_Welcome.html
Also our production still has not increased significantly. HEEEELLLPPP!
Also I forgot to record the starting team shrub time - is there any way to determine the total number of years we shrub this month? HEEEELLLPPP!
I'm too young to.....'er gawd only knows what forms of torture Glomer is planning for me! HEEEELLLPPP!
