No No No, Rule #6 says to refer to rule #4 every November 27th. Though according to rule 48586845B-48585-C8 everyday is November 27th.

Of course to change any rule you must call a meeting of the appropriate committee, refer to rule #895690468943568457607 sub paragraph B-8568 on how that happens.

Of course all of this is covered in the Knightly Code of Conduct which you should have received via salmon mail.

If any new Knights do not know the Code I can start a thread about it.
