In making a Graphic for my Signature, I spotted I had used two EMails in registering my Projects.
How can I get BOINCStats to merge these two into one account? Thanks in advance!

I'd like to know that answer. Actually I'd like to know how I can change the email for discontinued projects. It's about 80K sitting there on me... _________________ Fetch me the Holy Hand Grenade!

Merging an ID is done by making sure all project are touched somehow by a computer that is on a project that has an ID.
Example if you are running Project A, B, C and D with Computer z, y and x, z is running A and C, y is running B and z is running D you'd have 3 IDs, make y and z run at least one A or C or x run both B and D and the IDs will merge. It does take a few days, but as long as somehow all projects have a chance to see it's also matched with another project via a computer it will turn into 1 ID.
As for old projects and changing an e-mail, that one really has no fix. The project sends out the information and whatever the last file is from that project is your e-mail. There is no real way to fix that. Too many stats sites to try to ask to manually change a ton of files are probably not going to happen. |
