Note(s) on 5.10.0:
1) WinXP x64- I had problems upgrading from 5.9.10. You need to un-install/re-install.
2) Linux- benchmarks (fixed in 5.9.5) are broken again. If you run a project that "bids" credit granted, don't go with 5.10.
3) They are not "skipping" x.<odd number>.x = development/test version, x.<even number>.x = "stable version". _________________

Speaking of stabilty (or lack thereof), that BOINC client crash I was talking about earlier somehow seems to have caused a 3900+ reduction in my total credit.

On the Tech News, Matt said that the team was fighting with some connection issues, yesterday. Plus when they turned on the option to resend ghost units, the servers went nuts. There was I believe close to a million ghost units, so it tried to resend them all at the same time. That cause the servers and connections to get super busy.
Seems much calmer this AM. _________________ Watch the movie about me The 4-1-4s: The Original Teenage Hackers (It is only about 12 minutes long.)
