I just finished wrapping all the presents! (About 1 PM on Christmas EVE my time). Cool

I usually wait until after sundown on Christmas eve, but this year we are going to one of my Sister In Law's for dinner. Had to change that this year. Wink

My tradition was to go to the bedroom with all the wrapping supplies, close the door and not come out until I was done. Rolling Eyes

I remember when my mom used to do that. She'd hide out for several hours, wrapping, etc. Christmas was always a special time for us kids.

Now that I have grown up kids, Christmas has become another day. Not much to celebrate. A little get together with a few friends, and that's it. We go out for lunch, movie, dinner that day. Lunch last couple of years was Chinese, and dinner was a mediocre sit-down at a "Family" restaurant.

I usually get the wife something she's looking for, and sometimes buy myself something, but this year I was in the middle of job issues/changes so I wasn't sure where money was going to be, so I didn't buy myself anything.

Unsure what tomorrow will bring for us, but I believe we are still going to a Matinee at least.
