Since completing our server move, we have been experiencing widespread problems accessing any part of the Riesel Sieve project's sites. This error is at the ISP level, and we are working to fix it. Connect rates are slowly getting better as we work through the problem.
One workaround is to use the BOINC Manager proxy settings, using a URL of http://boinc.rieselsieve.com and a port of 8000. If you are attached to multiple projects, make sure you suspend them before updating and then turn off the proxy & resume the other projects once you are done.
We hope these problems are resolved by late tonight EDT, as some DNS changes we've made should be fully propogated by then. Thanks for your patience and support of the Riesel Sieve project.

The workaround works pretty well, just make sure you enter your username and password. I was able to upload, report tasks, and get new ones on my main host, although my little Celeron kept erroring during download, so no new work for that one but at least I got rid of all the junk in my transfer window!
